KICKASS WITCH : Putting The "K" In Magick (Part 2)



This first week of launching my biz has been super FUN & (I ain't gonna lie) a bit stressful. So, I made this video as a kind of a reminder to keep calm, practice mindfulness & use the tricks I've learned over the years to keep coming back to center.

What are YOUR favorite ways to center yourself?

Here's a few of mine... It's just a quick list off the top of my head, and there are MANY other ways to come back down to earth when life has you spinning out of control. So, feel free to elaborate with your own suggestions below.

I Like:

1. Going Barefoot!

2. High Fiber, Low Glycemic Toast & Tea... or sometimes an alkalizing salad

3. MEDITATION

4. Gabrielle Bernstein's "Ing Write" (Add More "Ing" To Your Life)

5. A Long, Hot Shower

6. Physical Exercise... Jogging, Yoga, Hula Hoop!

7. A Warm Bath w/epsom salts & baking soda

8. The Good Ol' Palm To Palm Press
