For those of you who like meatballs or meat sauce with your pasta, I recommend adding Amy's Organic Gluten Free Vegan Chilli to your sauce. It comes in mild, medium, black bean or spicy (I like spicy) and really adds that hearty texture and flavor that meat-lovers crave.
And then- maybe try experimenting with some raw vegan "meat" ball recipes until you find one that you like. I suggest giving Annmarie Gianni's Raw Italian Meatless Meatballs a try.
