TGiF Witches...

Welcome to the latest edition of "The Weekly Witch Review", a kickass guide to all things new & exciting (or at least new & exciting to me) on the wonderfully wacky world wide web...

Intuition : A Witch's Best Friend! Sadly- it's a factor many doctors overlook.

Tying A Sacred Knot.

If you are a visual person with a love of folk lore & fairy tales, you might have to take a few deep breaths & really center yourself before clicking on this...

It was almost impossible to choose just ONE illustration to feature here on the blog. Seriously. I wasted so much time, mulling over the options...

"She could not help setting the door a little ajar, just to peep in, when—Pop! out flew the Moon"...

Holy smokes! This is so dang groovy- I can hardly stand it! One of these days I am going to make my own earth oven.

7 Magickal Properties Of Oregano.

WiTCH TRiBE : In digging around for the most kickass witchy content to present to you here this fine Friday afternoon, I stumbled upon this beautiful post by my friend, Erick Silvermoon, and was absolutely delighted to find myself mentioned in such dazzling company.

Busted! How one Samhain circle in a cemetary had an unexpected visit from security...

A Rose By Any Other Name... would smell just as sweet & make a lovely cup of tea!

Chaya : The Hindu Goddess Of Shadows...  Standing in the light of conscious awareness, we see a long shadow cast before us, the shadow of ourselves...

Shake It Off!!! Cleansing as the first step in performing a ritual.

How one Mormon mother stretched the limits of her faith by treating cancer with herbalism and becoming an unlikely advocate for cannabis...

The only reason people are anti-cannabis is because they don’t know the truth.
Cannabis will change the way they think about herbs, because
if we can get comfortable with cannabis we are going to get comfortable with
herbs that don’t nearly have the bad reputation that cannabis has.

Gate Of The Gods : An ancient legend speaks of a mysterious door which is located in the vicinity of Lake Titicaca. This door, will open one day and welcome the creator gods of all mankind.

  3. That coven who did their Samhain ritual in the cemetery was very fortunate that the people checking up on them didn't want any trouble, and were accepting of what they were doing. In fact, it's nice to know that they were only there to make sure no one was causing any mischief, and they weren't interested in disrupting a religious ceremony. I wish I could do ritual in cemeteries, but I belief it is illegal here to be in a cemetery past closing hours. I disagree with this of course, and wouldn't attempt ritual there (too conspicuous) but it doesn't stop me from strolling through them past dark.

  4. I've said it once and I'll say it again: Picture this (a little Sofia Petrillo here): Grandmama has cancer, being treated with chemo, she's got 4 grown children. Her fav is the grandson that is always, and I mean always, in trouble for having a bag of pot, weed, cannabis, reefer, sativa, well you get the picture. His dog is named Sativa. His parents are at the end of their rope with his shitnannighans. In Grandmama's eyes he can do no wrong. One day he offers Grandmama a joint, she smokes it after chemo. All of a sudden Grandmama is not suffering the side effects of chemo. When word gets out to the other family members they start thinking there just might be something to this cannabis thing. So they jump on the Legalize Cannabis Wagon. I've seen this happen!! It's in the small town where I live!!
