People Are Strange, The Magick Of Momentum + 13 Kickass Moments With Abraham Hicks...
Have you ever noticed how once you get the ball rolling on a certain
emotion like anger or sadness, it's damn near impossible to make it
stop?
That's why saying "Snap out of it" to someone who is really locked into a particular feeling is not only annoying as hell- it's also pointless.
Once you get momentum on a negative emotion, the trick to feeling better is to ease your way into a better feeling place...
Let off the gas...
Stop throwing fuel on your fire...

Everybody is weird in their own special way.
I'm weird in that I totally dig the work of Abraham Hicks, a group of entities who refer to themselves as "infinite intelligence" and communicate by channeling through the surprisingly humorous and always delightful Esther Hicks.
Channeled entities?
That is weird.
But- I don't think it's any weirder than working with a pantheon of ancient Egyptian deities, calling the corners or believing that your ultimate fate is determined by your devotion to a Jewish carpenter-miracle worker who died for your sins almost 2 thousand years ago... all things I don't do.
But hey- if YOU do- if that's YOUR kinda weird- I'm totally cool with that & happily invite you to tell me all about in the comments section down below...
And really- short of falling in step with the belief system you were indoctrinated into as a child- who knows why we each develop our own brand of strange?
As for myself- I have at least one clue in that I have personal experience with channeling.
Therefore, it's not that hard for me to believe someone could make a career of it & be of value to thousands of people all around the world that way, which is precisely what Esther & her husband, the late Jerry Hicks, have done with "Abraham".
